She was born in Nukus. From 1977 to 1981 she studied at the Nukus School of Arts at the piano department. In 1990 she graduated from the Tashkent State Conservatory, the faculty of choral conducting. From 1990 to 1995 she worked in Nukus town in the School of Arts as a teacher and at the Musical Theater named after Berdakh as a choirmaster. In 1995 - 1998 she studied at the Tashkent State Conservatory in the faculty of opera and symphony conducting. From 1996 to 1998 - conductor-intern of the Bolshoi Theater named after A. Navoi. Since 1998 - the conductor of the theater. In 1999 A. Abdullayeva received the title of "Honored Artist of Karakalpakstan". In 2005, she participated in a concert in Moscow with People's Artist of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan M. Razzakova and the chamber orchestra "The Hermitage". In April-May 2006, she trained at the Mariinsky Theater in St. Petersburg. The following performances are in the repertoire of the conductor: "Iolanta", "The Nutcracker" by P.I. Tchaikovsky; "La Traviata", "Aida", "Ball - Masquerade" by G. Verdi; "Bohemia", "Madame Butterfly" by G. Puccini; "Love drink", "Lucia di Lammermoor" by G. Donizetti; "Pagliacci" by R. Leoncavallo; "The Wedding of Figaro" by V.-A. Mozart; "Ali Baba and 40 robbers" by V. Milov; "Cipollino" by K. Khachaturyan; "Doctor Aibolit" by I. Morozov; "Cinderella" by S. Prokofiev.
