Shadmanov Suleiman Nurullaevich was born in the city of Bukhara. In 1960 he graduated from the Tashkent State Conservatory. In the same year he began his creative activity at the SABT named after A. Navoi. In 1964, he participated in the creation of the choir collective of the opera studio at the conservatory. Since 1966 he was appointed chief choirmaster of the Theater named by A. Navoi. In 1974 he was appointed chief choirmaster and conductor of the republican "Song Festival". For three years he was chairman of the State Examination Commission at the vocal and conductor choir departments of the Tashkent Musical College named after Khamza. In 1974, S. Shadmanov graduated from the Department of Opera and Symphony Conducting of the Tashkent State Conservatory, where he was the last student of Professor M. Ashrafi. His thesis work was the opera "Aida" by G. Verdi at the Bolshoi Theater named after A. Navoi. In the years 1980-1982, S. Shadmanov as a conductor passed an internship at the Mariinsky Theater in St. Petersburg, after which he was sent as conductor to the Tashkent Operetta Theater, where he staged the operetta "Bayader" by I. Kalman, "The Husar's Marriage" by G. Gladnev, "Ladies and Gusars” by A. Solin, «Swallow of my dreams» by A. Bernin, and others. Since 1991 he has been working as the chief choirmaster of the Bolshoi Theater named after A. Navoi. As the head of the choir collective, S. Shadmanov took part in the preparation and release of more than 60 performances. As conductor-director he performed the production of many operas, among them "Bell" and "Lucia di Lammermoor" by G. Donizetti, "Temur The Great" by A. Ikramov, "Al-Fargoni" by M. Bafoyev, "Leopard from Sogdiana" by I. Akbarov, and others. In 2000 he was awarded the title of "People's Artist of Uzbekistan". In 1978 he was awarded the title of "Honored Artist of Uzbekistan".
