Organizing and Financing the Competition
Expenses related to the preparation and holding of the contest shall be incurred on the basis of an estimate developed by the Organizing Committee and approved in accordance with the established procedure.
1. The expenses related to the preparation and holding of the contest shall be covered from the republican budget, patronage support, sponsorship donations of legal entities and individuals, as well as other sources not prohibited by law.
2. The organizers of the competition shall cover the following expenses of the participants:
travel expenses, accommodation, meals, payment of honoraria to the jury members;
accommodation and meals for the participants who have passed to the final (final) stage of the Competition until the end of their participation in the Competition.
3. Travel expenses, accommodation and meals at the qualifying stage shall be paid by the participants.
