Azariy Mikhailovich Plisetskiy is in Tashkent
Today, on October 7, Azary Mikhailovich Plisetskiy, Maya Plisetskaya's brother, arrived in our capital.
Leaders of the SABT named after A.Navoi invited a talented teacher and choreographer to work with a ballet troupe to stage a premiere play by A.Melikov "Poem of Two Hearts" based on the work of Sh.Rashidov, timed to the 100th anniversary of the Uzbek writer, which will take place at the end of October.
Azary Mikhailovich will hold a number of master classes for the ballet dancers for 2 weeks, and he will share his experience and inspiration, which in his opinion is one of the components of success.
In one of the interviews, Azary Mikhailovich noted: "Today everything is available - on the Internet you can find any variation, reconsider it hundred times, and study everything. Technique is growing, but inspiration and originality are rare. In short, there are many dancers, and there are few talents. And the main reason for continuously conquer of the Russian ballet school is its sincerity in combination with impeccable technique, of course!"
Soon we will be able to observe the embedded part of the soul of the Russian school, in the national production of the ballet Poem of Two Hearts, to which the wonderful choreographer and educator of the famous Plisetsky’s dynasty will “put his hand”.

In 1964, he participated in the First International Ballet Competition in Varna, Bulgaria, as a partner of three Cuban ballerinas: Mirta Pla, Aurora Bosch and Loipa Araujo. The jury was awarded him a special diploma for the partnership. Soon after the end of the competition he married Loipa Araujo.

He also worked in Japan, where he staged ballets "Don Quixote", "Romeo and Juliet" and "Lady with Camellias."
As a teacher, he works particularly closely with the Bezhar Ballet. Since 1992, he works as the teacher-tutor of the school-studio of Maurice Bejar "Rudra".
