"Corruption is a threat to development."

On November 27 of this year, an event entitled "Corruption: A Threat to Development" was held at the Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theater of Uzbekistan. It was held in preparation for December 9, International Anti-Corruption Day, and in accordance with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan's action plan, approved on February 3, 2025, under number 01-28-21.
The goal of the event was to foster a climate of intolerance to corruption in society, ensure the openness of government agencies, and provide the public, journalists, and citizens with an opportunity to receive answers to their questions.
