Stars of the world opera scene Anna Netrebko and Yusif Eyvazov will perform for the first time in Tashkent

July 24, at 18-00, an opera star, performer of major parties in virtually all leading opera theaters of the world, People's Artist of Russia Anna Netrebko and an outstanding tenor, People's Artist of Azerbaijan Yusif Eyvazov will perform for the first time with a solo concert in the SABT named after A. Navoi in Tashkent. The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the organizer of the evening of classical art. Performance of the famous artists will be accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan under the direction of Denis Vlasenko, one of the brightest young Russian conductors. Special guests of the evening will be French singer Ludovic Tezier (baritone) and Russian opera singer Elena Zhidkova (mezzo-soprano). Yusif grew up in Baku, Azerbaijan, where he began to study vocal at the Baku Music Academy. In 1997, he moved to Italy to continue his studies, attended many master classes, and participated in international competitions. Since 2005 he started his concert activity and participated in opera performances of small theaters, where he perfected his skills. The geography of Yusif's performances is not limited to Europe and America. In the spring of 2016, Yusif won the love of the Asian audience after a joint concert tour with Anna Netrebko in Asia. Ludovic Tizier is one of the leading singers of the world opera. He was born in Marseilles in 1968. The opera career of the singer began at the Lyon opera, and then he began performing in other world theaters (the Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, the Bavarian State Opera, the Vienna State Opera, the Royal Theater in Madrid, The Liceu Theater in Barcelona, Marseilles and Paris Opera). Elena Zhidkova is a graduate of the St. Petersburg Conservatory. In recent years she has performed with such outstanding conductors as Nikolaus Arnoncourt, Valery Gergiev and recently deceased Claudio Abbado.
